Goals A+N was appointed by Head Contractor, Schiavello Construction, to provide an FF&E service for the refurbishment of Crown Plaza Coogee. The project involved the furniture logistics for 322 guest rooms, lobby and restaurant over a 6-month program.

Result
- Receive up to 50 shipping containers from suppliers.
- Invent and store more than 8,000 furniture items including beds, chairs, artwork, lounges and bathroom fittings using our online system, Trak
- Uplift and deliver the items according to Schiavello’s project plan and place the furniture throughout the premises
Delivered the program on time and on budget, ensuring the successful supply of items for the refurbishment project.
