Privacy Policy

Goals A+N protects your privacy in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth). The below Policy describes our practices in the collection, handling, use and disclosure of personal information. It also outlines how you can complain about any possible breach of privacy laws, how to access your personal information, and how to have that information corrected where required.

What information do we collect and how do we use it?

Following your website or phone inquiry, we may provide you with a proposal and quote for the engagement of our services. In the proposal we will include your name, address, and contact details. We may also provide the information to subcontractors, insurers, or insurance agents/brokers to enable us to deliver the service you have requested.

From time to time, we will use your contact details to send you offers, news updates, or other information about our products and services that we believe will be of interest to you. We will always give you the option of opting out of these communications by providing the ability to ‘unsubscribe’ from the distribution list.

We may also use your information internally to help us improve our services and help resolve any problems.

How do we store and protect your information?

We aim to maintain the accuracy, completeness, and currency of the personal information we hold and to protect its privacy and security. We keep personal information only for as long as is reasonably necessary for the purpose for which it was collected or to comply with any applicable legal requirements. Any digital information collected is stored on our secure server.

We ensure that your information is digitally safe by using the latest anti-virus software, firewalls, and web security protocols. We maintain physical security over any physical data as well as our own in-house server by using office locks, CCTV and back-to-base security alarm systems.

Do we disclose the information we collect to anyone?

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to others. We will only disclose your information to agents, subcontractors, insurers or insurance agents/brokers in the provision of our services or in the event of a corporate sale, merger, reorganisation, dissolution or similar event.

We may also provide your information to others if we are required to do so by law or under some unusual other circumstances which the Privacy Act permits.

How can you check, update or change the information we are holding?
